Within Australia
We use a truly flat delivery fee, Australia-wide. This means that you pay the same amount for delivery, where-ever you live within Australia.

After extensive research with our wonderful customers, we understand ...

• you want to know how much it's going to cost for delivery upfront,
• you expect your products quickly, next day if possible please!
• you expect security and the ability to track your parcel

O.K. Easy. Our answer is E-PARCEL, Australia Post's premium delivery service.

For all small parcels (up to 500g), we use Australia Post E-Parcel

For all large parcels (over 501g) we use Australian Air Express Couriers

Our simple e-parcel delivery service is usually delivered next day, as long as your order has been completed before 1pm. If you live a little further 'out of the way' then your delivery may take an extra day, but no longer then that. Please keep in mind that Australia Post do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. By using Australia Post e-parcel we are able to track your parcel from the moment it leaves ShopHouse Headquarters. You or someone responsible will need to sign for your parcel. If you're not there when the parcel arrives, Australia Post will leave a card for you to pick up at your nearest post office.

Please note, if you would like us to organise for your parcel to be left for you when you are not home, ie, at a back door, etc please include these details in the comments field at checkout.

Loss or damage is very rare. However, in the event that your parcel is lost or damaged by Australia Post, ShopHouse will not be held responsible for the loss. If you would like to track your own parcel via the Australia Post e-parcel system, please email us for your tracking code - info@shophouse.com.au

Outside Australia
*Orders to outside Australia are sent via Australia Post Air Mail.  We have a flat delivery fee of $20.00 for all international orders.
 
Loss or damage is not covered unless insurance is taken (base charge is $8.95, plus $2.10 for every insured $100 or part thereof).  Please note in the comments field, upon checkout, if you would like insurance for your order and we will contact you.

Free Shipping on all orders of $150 or more - Terms and Conditions - where there is an order of $150.00AU or more, delivery charges will not be charged. This offer is not applicable to orders of products that are 'over size' and therefore require courier delivery.
